Multiple projects;
• Senior Consultant delivering HR process analysis, development of electronic Line Managers HR Toolkit.
• Process mapping & analysis within IT On- & Off-boarding, Outage mgt., IT Depot management areas.
• Sales process effectiveness analysis within a large services and products distribution Division.
• Financial Reporting - process mapping and procedure documentation
• Procedure documentation Gap Analysis within Customer Service, Open Order Management, and Service Administration areas.

Achievements;
• Line Managers HR Toolkit - Provided an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) - integrate organisational policies, process flows, procedure / work instruction documents, movie clips, templates, forms etc. into one browser-based, 3D navigable reference model, depicting the relationship between policy, people, process and technology, for daily use by all staff, accessible from their desktops. This enables the maintenance of a ’single source of the truth’ that captured re-usable process-related information in one place, reducing the cost of initial and ongoing knowledge maintenance via wasteful, single-use tools such as MS-Visio, Word and Excel.

• Procedure Documentation Gap Analysis - Over 400 procedure documents (or extracts / fragments from original procedure documents), were analysed for fit, relevance and currency. The resultant categories included those processes with no relevant supporting procedure document (‘parent-no child’ relationship), and those procedures with no apparent process (‘child-no parent’ relationship), as well as those out of date, or those too poorly constructed to be of practical value. The latter was completed by the owners of the respective procedure documents themselves, via a standardised quick audit of each document to determine;
- the relative levels of adequacy (ie content, accuracy, completeness of explanation, etc),
- compliance with structural layout (ie structural arrangement, sections, standardised template in use, etc), and;
- currency (dates, versions, release statuses, etc).
