• Mapped and analysed 10 Asset Maintenance, Service Management, Roster & Overtime Management, Access Control and Reporting processes,
• Undertook quantitative analysis using workflow modelling software to derive key metrics of unit work and cycle times, FTE requirements per process, to be utilised in the definition and implementation of a Services and an Asset Maintenance Management Operating System (MOS).
• Undertook process critique and identification of utilisation improvement opportunities.
• Supported the presentation of the findings and recommendations following the Business Review.
