Project management of team of 5 Business Analysts delivering process analysis & redesign to support configuration and implementation of a new aviation maintenance-specific ERP and project maintenance system;

• Developed an Enterprise Architectural Model of 4 ‘end-to-end’ & 21 support processes
• Prepared work instructions including step-by-step movie clips as well as written instructions for quick reference, also providing foundation for testing and user training
• Process roles were matched to existing org. positions to support system permissions
• Test scripts were structured in modules for both unit and end-to-end styles of testing
• System ‘bugs’ (dead functionality) or ‘gaps’ (missing functionality) were resolved
• Documentation conformed to APAC’s commercial, regulatory, financial requirements.

Achievements;
o Over 160 business processes were validated or designed and signed off across the Asia Pacific region inside 5 months and within budget
o The finalisation of process flows, procedures, test scripts, roles and securities specs, allowed the resumption and conclusion of configuring the solution, testing and training guide development prior to user training and rollout
o After more than 2 years and 2 previously failed attempts, our Client finalised the design of their business model and the ERP solution, and had a robust foundation from which to conclude a successful rollout across their operating regions.
