The objective of the project was to standardise key Burials Booking processes within the cemeteries businesses into those acceptable to all 3 Land Managers operating 8 cemeteries, and Funeral Directors servicing OneCrown.

‘As Is’ Process Mapping & Analysis;
• Map Current State (‘As is’) Burials Booking Process,
• Validate Baseline ‘As Is’ Burials Booking Process with other Sites,
• Define ‘Top-Down’ future Process Requirements,
• Undertake ‘Bottom-Up’ Gap analysis (Process ‘Critique’) of Current (‘As Is’) Burials Booking Process – Baseline Instance,
• Validate Baseline Instance (Site) ‘As is’ Process Critique and future Process Requirements; with Remaining Land Managers, with Funeral Directors, with Reference Team.

‘To Be’ Process Mapping
• Develop Future State (‘To Be’) Burials Booking Process Map,
• Validate Draft ‘To Be’ Process and Requirements; with OneCrown Reference Team, with Land Managers, with Funeral Directors.
