Senior Consultant leading an internal SoilCon team to analyse business processes within Soil Conservation Service (SCS) in support of a program of modernisation of service delivery processes, and the supporting IT Application Systems.

• 10 Core Services and Sub-services offered by SCS,
• 6 Project planning and delivery lifecycle stages,
• 5 NSW SCS Regions,

Over 8 weeks we;
• Identified all relevant processes in scope (developed a Process Inventory),
• Included Regional Validation of the Process Inventory, ie, highlighting where and how existing processes differed between geographic Areas (SCS ‘Regions’),
• Included an Initial ‘Pain Point’ analysis, to assist in highlighting processes of potential priority for the next Phase of the Project,
• Facilitated a review of the Process Inventory by SCS Project Management Team, to derive a list of priority processes for consideration for Project Phase 2.
