UNSW Logo.png

Project Manager delivering Human Resources process analysis and redesign, including high level Business Requirements, across multi-location function supporting New Starters processes. This is in reference to on-boarding a new employee or provisioning a new staff member, the objective is to ensure that newly arriving staff have everything they need to start work in place before they arrive for their first day at work, i.e. the organisation capability is ‘Day Zero Ready’.

Achievements;
o Mapped the current New Starter processes in detail, clearly depicting activities, roles, hand-off points and systems currently being used, and understanding the nature of the differences between similar processes run for different Departments
o Clearly defined the relationship between Roles in processes, and activities of responsibility.
o Built a clear picture of the process ‘choke points’ (where the process slows), and established reasons.
o Developed a set of high level requirements for future processes providing the optimum way of doing business, especially from a cycle time perspective, but also addressing ensuring minimum delivery cost
o Designed agreed future (‘To Be’) processes and clearly identify changes in people, process and technology required to implement them.
