Process mapping, analysis and improvement within core operations

Senior Consultant leading a process improvement project within Insolvency Services area, including high level Business Requirements definition and Quick Wins identification across 16 processes.

Achievements;
o Documented the current (‘As Is’) business processes in detail across the areas of direct impact, identifying ‘gaps’ between the current process and the future requirements.
o Defined future (‘To Be’) processes to close any gaps, plus supporting high level Business Requirements to guide the planning of changes required to support and drive these new processes.
o Identified that q large proportion of I/T Systems issues arose from use of multi-platform technologies, and a large amount of all system solutions required only simple mods, Quick Wins, or were available immediately.
o Defined agreed actions, including ‘Quick Wins’, as well as defined the operations benefits.
