Process and systems analysis and improvement within Sales, Operations, Maintenance and Finance

Process Analyst to map and review 26 selected, key business processes, with the aim of gaining efficiencies through a simplified and more modern approach that will reduce costs and improve the experience for both internal users and external customers. Scope included Sales, Contracts, Operations, Bailment, Equipment Maintenance & Repair, Product Management, Financial Management.

Over 18 weeks we;
• Identified all relevant processes in scope (developed a Process Inventory), including an Initial ‘Pain Point’ analysis, to assist in highlighting processes of potential priority for the next Phase of the Project,
• Mapped the current (‘As Is’) business processes,
• Critiqued ‘As Is’ processes to identify gaps between the current process and future requirements,
• Defined high level Requirements for change to drive these new processes,
• Validated any IT System-impacting requirements for change with ICT Application Analysts, to help inform their core IT system development program,
• Helped to identify the implementation prioritisation and sequence.
