Senior Consultant / Project Manager leading a team of 2 Consultants and a Functional Leads team of 8 on a Business Process Improvement project within the Branch Administration of Community Care service delivery. Included process analysis & redesign, FTE analysis, business requirements for systems change;

Achievements;
o Mapped, analysed and standardised 40 detailed Administration processes, across 12 Branches.
o Validated the correct current Client: Staff ratios
o Completed detailed breakdown of Client Enquiries, identified strategies for simplification.
o Identified and commenced a program of Quick Wins realisation
o Defined and commenced process / systems improvements to deliver significant efficiency benefits.
o Achieved the project timeline of 16 weeks for delivery.
