Project Manager / Senior Consultant delivering multiple business improvement projects;
• RACF (Residential Aged Care Facilities) - Process analysis and improvement for financial entry, maintenance and exit stages, in support of legislative changes.

Achievements;
o Mapped, analysed and optimised 30 detailed financial business processes, consolidating requirements from across 6 regions into streamlined and standardised universal processes.
o Defined High Level Business Requirements. 100% of all IT solutions were either already available, or ‘quick win’ in effort, or did not require major development effort.
o Nearly 20% of all solutions identified were ‘quick win’ in effort categorisation, ie deliverable inside a few weeks only.
o Achieved the project timeline of 16 weeks for delivery

• ADHC Disability Re-Certification - Process and systems improvement in support of Disability Service Standards ADHC Compliance Certification requirements. Policies, procedures & related documentation refresh, supporting redesigned processes.

Achievements;
o Compliance audit of relevant Standards (ie ADHC Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and / or National Disability Services (NDS)’s Practice Requirements).
o Process analysis and redesign for optimised efficiency, development of solution themes, consolidation of High Level Business Requirements, alignment with IT development strategy.
o Nearly 85% of IT systems development requirements were wither simple modifications, or related to functionality currently available, only requiring commissioning.
o 12 Policies, and 90 Procedures & Related Documents were analysed and redesigned in line with redesigned business processes within 7 months.
