Senior Business Analyst delivering streamlining / requirements definition for 15 core Time capture-to-Payroll processes / systems for Clinical, Catering and Housekeeping functions in 2 hospitals;

• Identified multiple, manual rostering and time capture systems in use within / between hospitals (errors, inefficiency, inaccessibility, downstream (payroll) impacts) - opportunity to standardise / automate
• Highlighted the Time capture procedure was too random, weekly capture calendar was sub-optimal and error-prone – opportunity to refresh company policy
• Demonstrated that the KPI reporting was inefficient, with multiple data handling – opportunity to integrate with electronic system.
