Senior Consultant leading a complete Service Delivery process mapping, gap analysis, and required action definition, in support of imminent rollout of operational changes under National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) rollout in the Region.

Achievements;
o Constructed a High Level, ‘End-to-end’, ‘To Be’ process map for the overall service delivery process, depicting sequence, roles and responsibilities, scenarios, through the various service lifecycle stages for the participant (‘client or carer’)
o Undertook detailed ‘To Be’ process definition and detailed mapping of key processes in the overall service delivery journey, depicting major changes under the new operating model
o Critically examined the existing operation, and collaboratively identified gaps and their requisite solutions to bring the operation into alignment with the new environment, whilst ensuring sustainable delivery with high service levels, whilst meeting updated compliance requirements.
