Various projects; Process analysis and improvement within Student Engagement and within Career Counselling

Student Engagement BPI:
End-to-end review of current student engagement processes, systems, roles & policies within Planning, Facilitator Recruitment & Training, Delivery, and Evaluation stages, of the Certificate I in Financial Services student life skills program, in readiness for significant growth;

Achievements:
• Identified and prioritised all current processes utilising a common process vocabulary.
• Undertook detailed ‘As Is’ process mapping, regional validation, gap analysis (process ‘Critique’), and high level identification of improvement opportunities.
• Redesigned (‘To Be’) processes, identified ‘Quick Win’ initiatives, produced a high level Business Requirement for change, and validated changes through a Project Reference Group.

Career Counselling BPI:
End-to-end review of current student engagement processes, systems, roles & policies within Planning, Facilitator / Mentor / Support Volunteer Recruitment & Training, Delivery, and Evaluation stages, of the iTrack student career advisory support program;

Achievements:
• Identified and prioritised all current processes utilising a common process vocabulary.
• Undertook detailed ‘As Is’ process mapping, regional validation, gap analysis (process ‘Critique’), and high level identification of improvement opportunities.
• Defined high level ‘Solution Themes’ to guide the planning of changes required to support and drive these new processes, flagging Quick Wins that could be taken to improve the processes, and validated changes through a Project Reference Group.
