Various projects; Finance process standardisation, Community Care system replacement, and Incident and Risk Management process redesign

Senior Business Analyst / Project manager responsible for multiple projects;
• Finance standardisation - process improvement of 50 AP / Procurement processes, in support of ERP system rollout, across 8 NSW regional ‘silos’. Included performance metrics, business case development.
• Community Care system replacement - redesigned 30 care delivery processes, aligning Commonwealth Care Standards, goals, process features, SLAs, KPIs, FTE requirements, and chosen IT system capabilities.
• Incident and Risk Mgt. process redesign - Project managed a Business Analyst in redesigning 13 key processes, plus definition of user requirements.

Achievements;
o Aligned cross organisational policies to support a single, improved finance processing standard.
o Implemented 11 priority purchasing processes & centralising invoice receipting within all regions.
o Re-designed processes that better utilised technology in Accounts Payable.
o Implemented a ‘process best practice framework’ for audit, stakeholder engagement, skills transfer.
o Developed a business case demonstrating efficiency gains, maintaining overall service levels.
