Lead a team of 2 consultants in delivering Sales process redesign, including Pre-Sales, Direct / Channel Sales, Sales Ops (back office Admin), Business Analysis (Finance), Logistics, Customer Service & Support, Global Solutions Services, and Maintenance functional areas.
• Over a 12 week period, covering over 40 detailed sales and Sales Support business processes, we updated policies and SLAs, redesigned more automated processes, communicated the new roles and responsibilities, trained the workforce in aspects of key performance activities.

Achievements;
o a strong Efficiency gain, and a large Service Level improvement were identified,
o A significant return on investment (ROI) as the overall business case, ie payback within a relatively short timeframe.
