Process Analysis and optimisation within Professional Education administration

Review into the functions, activities and areas of responsibilities undertaken by the Client Services staff within the College’s Practitioner Education Business Unit, as a result of ongoing growth, recent acquisitions, a recent review of units’ administration, and some internal restructuring;

Achievements:
• Identification of the current business processes and supporting IT systems through the development of a Process Inventory.
• Identification of Roles and responsibilities involved in all processes.
• Completion of initial ‘pain point’ (gap) analysis identified by participants.
• Selection of priority processes for detailed mapping and analysis.
