• Source-to-Contract, & Procure-to-Pay - process mapping & analysis supporting new systems requirements,
• Finance Transformation - Project Manager / Senior Consultant managing 2 consultants delivering Procurement reengineering, & a ‘Centre of Excellence’ supporting 30 Business Analysts across 15 Divisions.
• Plant Hire Services - Managed an analyst building & implementing an interim plant hire allocation system.
• Rostering - managing a team of 3 Senior Business Analysts during process reengineering and operational systems development in support of a major train crew rostering initiative.

Achievements;
o Successfully managed the Centre of Excellence throughout the project to ensure 30 Business Analysts were trained then supported in their day to day documentation activities using a standardised Holocentric Modeler process documentation collaboration tool.
o Consolidation of documentation was undertaken (initially daily, toward the end multiple times daily).
o Business Requirement documentation was successfully delivered on time for market response.
